What is the order cutoff time for next-day delivery?
To receive your order the following day, please place it before 2:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Do you offer international shipping for your gourmet products?
Currently, we only ship within the mainland United Kingdom to guarantee the quality and safety of our perishable goods. We are looking into international options for non-perishable items in the future.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund immediately.
Can I track my delivery in real-time?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing a tracking link and a one-hour delivery window provided by our courier partner.
